Practice Setting

• Inpatient hospital coverage.
• Average of 10 procedures and 10 consults per day.
• Full hospital support staff on site.

Schedule

• Flexible block scheduling available - work 1-2 weeks per month.
• Consists of 24-hour call shifts.
• On-site coverage during the day with night pager call.

Procedures and Cases

• Perform inpatient rounding and consults.
• Required procedures include ERCP, EGD, and Colonoscopy.
• Case mix also includes PEGs and Esophageal Varices/Stenting.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.
• Open to IMLC physicians.
• Active BLS certification.
