Maimonides Medical Center is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and academically oriented physician to join the faculty For the GI Fellowship Training Program of the Division of Gastroenterology. Responsibilities include teaching, mentoring and supervising GI fellows (and rotating residents) in their cognitive, consultational and procedural skills and well as developing and growing a hospital-affiliated faculty practice in a new multispecialty building.
This is also an opportunity to develop and advance an academically oriented career in Gastroenterology in a large and active tertiary care hospital-based program as well as an ability to develop areas of subspecialty interest. Candidates with interest in IBD, women's health, neurogastroenterology, geriatric or inpatient medicine as well as training and education of GI fellows and medical residents are encouraged to apply.

Requirements
A US recognized professional medical degree and completion of a 3 year, ACGME certified Fellowship in Gastroenterology.
